August 15, 2006 Update:

Well, the latest rumors are families with LID's (log in dates) of October 2005 will have a longer wait for referrals. The supposed reason is that October was a very large month for dossiers to be registered in China - thus, longer delays to get through October and get referrals! The next 6-8 weeks should give a better picture of how the CCAA is processing the referrals. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that it will happen before the end of the year but rumor has it that we may not see referrals for October LID's until after January. :((
