Poll for new CCAA rules/regulations

There are rumors that the CCAA will implement new rules/regulations that will unfortunately eliminate many families from adopting from China in the future. Attached is a poll that demonstrates the percentages of families that could be directly effected. Rules could possibly go into effect by the end of the year and we are hoping that families already logged in (us!) will be grandfathered into this equation. There is much speculation about what the new rules/regulations will be, i.e. financial limitations, age limitations, very specific health restrictions and on and on. I'm afraid this will unfortunately cause many families to switch from China to other countries due to the constraints.
